Initial Meeting
There is no charge for our initial meeting. It's an opportunity to meet with you and your pets. You will receive a list of referrals and a copy of our insurance. There is also a client/pet information form for you to fill out for all your contact numbers, including your veterinarian, feeding schedule and medication requirements, if needed.
Standard Pet Visits.......... starting at $28 per visit
Walking, potty breaks, mid day break, feeding, litter change and more. A visit is approximately 30 minutes.
If you are going to be out of town we recommend 1 to 2 visits a day for cat care. For dogs, a minimum of 3 visits (8am, 2pm and 8pm) a day is suggested for the comfort and well being of your dog.
Instead of multiple visits, we recommend an Overnight Stay at your home or Boarding with us. Your dog will get more attention and comfort by not being alone, plus lots of hugs and kisses.
Overnight Stays in your Home.......... rates start at $120/per night for 2 pets, $10 for additional pets.
(We provide 24 hour coverage)
An Overnight Stay includes at last 4 walks a day; morning feed/walk, noon walk, afternoon feed/walk and bedtime walk/potty break, plus lots of tlc in between.
Their routine will be followed as per your instructions. Medications administered if needed. Your pets will never be alone for more than 3 or 4 hours. Photos of your pet will be taken and texted or emailed to you. If I'm not available for a particular booking date, then one of my experienced assistants will be there. She will meet with you prior to the booking. She is also Bonded and Insured.
All cat care applies as well; feeding, litter change, brushing and more.
Mail and packages will be brought in, lights alternated and inside plants watered
Boarding; Sleepovers in my Home.......... $65 per 1 dog
Would you prefer overnight care for your dog in my home? Jammies are optional. They will have at least 4 walks per day.
Your dog will be getting extra attention and affection while you're away. Couch potatoes welcome.
Do they need medication administered at specific times? No problem.
A copy of their current vaccination record, including Bordatella (Kennel Cough) and Influenza, is required.
Transportation: pick up and drop off, to Vet or Groomer.......... $15 each way.
Would you like someone to take your pet to the groomer or veterinarian? Or picked up for an overnight stay?
This charge covers time and transportation costs.
Cancellation Policy
For extended stays (especially during holidays), a 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellation needs to be two weeks prior to the reservation, otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment
Payment is required as services begin; cash, check or Zelle.
In Case of an Emergency
When we first meet, I will get your contact numbers and your veterinarian's name and number. If you can not be reached, I will take your pet to your veterinarian's office. If their office is closed, your pet will be taken to the nearest emergency veterinarian clinic, such as Gulf Coast Animal Clinic or VERGI. The client is responsible for all medical costs.
In the event that I become ill and cannot make an appointment, an experienced assistant (also Bonded and Insured) will be there for your pet.
